We all suffer with acne breakouts and it may take a while to get rid of them. Although zits can be a pain, there are some easy ways to help clear your skin up. Try these all-natural tips and you may see results within a week.

Change Your Diet

Certain foods such as dairy, chocolate, and carbs can trigger acne outbreaks and irritate your skin under the surface. Commit to a well balanced diet that’s high in healthy foods such as fruits and vegetables. If you can’t go cold turkey on all the food triggers, try eliminating them one by one to adjust to your new diet and see which food group may be the case.

It may be tempting to get rid of whiteheads and blackheads as soon as they appear on your face. But picking your pimples will cause inflammation, bleeding, and damage to your skin from the breakage cause when you popped.
